I am a 18 year old male and I've been getting a lot of pimples and acnes. 2 months now. It looks bad, more so on the forehead as it filled with them, specially near the hair. There has been no change in my routine. I eat outside food once a day, two to three times in a week. But this has been the case for the last 3 years. I've been drinking a lot of butter milk and coconut milk, etc to cool the body but it has been of little help. Also, one important thing. I have been taking Bresol (by Himalaya) for a stuffy nose and pollen allergy. Lastly, I get a lot of mouth ulcers which my doctor told would continue till the age of about 21-22. (The ulcers don't really give me any trouble) What should I do?

Dear Lybrate user, pimples is a cause of indigestion, dandruff in hair, constipation, outside food especially oily food. please avoid these as much as possible. Ayurvedic treatment gives a complete relief in acne. please follow these medications course for 1 month, we might have to continue it afterwards depending upon the condition. 1) gandhak rasayan 500 mg twice day 2) trifala guggul 500 mg twice day 3) mahamanjishtadi vati 500 mg twice d�y 4) sukhasarak vati 1 tab before sleep. Wash your face with lukewarm water atleast 4 to 5 times a day. Drink water 3to 3.5litres a day. Follow a healthy diet. Shampoo your hairs alternate day to avoid dandruff. I am 69 years of age man and the test done last month has not shown any specific problem. Last year I had gone through same condition of feeling tired, if not doing work, feel sleepy, uninterested in going out alone, any sad news makes me sad and anxiety takes over my body but once I am out with friends, feel no such problem. Last year I was given the following medicine for one month which gave me improvement. These are 1) Vitamin A to Z 2) stalopam Plus 3) Himcocid of Himalaya. Also advised if needed to take Bresol, Septilin and Shadbindu oil for Sinusitis. Looking at these, can you advise me as I am in Lucknow. Thanks.
