Dear lyrateuser, - It is not necessary to take any medication after meal for digestion
- follow some tips for proper digestion, chew your food well, have meals on time, have more of fibrous foods like fruits & vegetables, whole grains, beans, legumes, avoid spicy, fried, junk food, more than 1-2 cups of tea/ coffee per day, do not lye down for 1-2 hrs after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime
- have 8-10 glasses of water for proper digestion.
