I guess you need to correct your sitting posture, sit with an amron backrest ,adjust the height of monitor,that should be at the eye level. And take some sessions of physio. This should help
To start with,you need to visit the physio or ortho for the proper assessment.In the mean time try to correct your sitting posture, sit with a proper back rest &you can also use Amron backrest for you office chair & car seat,there are some back exs you need to do to strengthen your back muscles. Those can be recommended only after physical examination.
