• Once the fat tissues are broken, an aspirator connected to the cannula is turned on to suction out the fat.
• The same steps are repeated until the desired contour of the treated area is achieved.
• The incisions can be left open to allow proper fluid drainage, or the surgeon may use sutures to close the incisions. A compression garment is also given to the patient to be worn during the recovery period.
