This drop is a blend of three drugs: Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol, and Guaifenesin, which is used for the treatment of cough with mucus. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which diminishes and extricates bodily fluid (mucus), making it simpler to hack out. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator. It works by loosening up the muscles in the aviation routes and enlarges aviation routes. Guaifenesin is an expectorant which diminishes the stickiness of bodily fluid (mucus) and aides in its expulsion from the aviation routes.
