Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. Where you have just mentioned abut having t2 dm and medications being taken. But there is no mention of either fasting, pp glucose, or hba1c%, as well as any complaints that you are having. Hence, without knowing any information there is no way to comment any further. However, one important aspect is that with a bmi (body mass index) of 32.19 kg/sq meter (normal < 23 kg? Sq meter) yu are already in grade 1 obesity. Your ideal body weight should be about 61 kg, which means there is an excess of over 24 kg. This can or is the major hindrance in achieving better glucose control. If you have any other issues please do come back with all the specific details then I will be able to help. Thanks.

You need to change your diet habit. Try to take only two fixed meals. Dinner before 7 pm. No fried food or spicy food. Avoid tomato’s and tamarind. No water with food. After food immediately half glass of hot water. After 2 hrs of food 1 liter of water.
