Crocin or paracetamol is used for getting symptomatic relief from fever. It is not the cure for any disease. I will need to know what other problems she is facing now. And then only would be able to suggest you something. As the fever is increasing day by day and it has reached a high value. I would suggest you to do something promptly. It's not a good sign. Show to some Dr. preferably offline.
Dear ma'm
please stop azithromycin as she may be allergic to it. Also please get her investigated, incase her fever is due to dengue of chikiungunya which are also common causes of rashes. A proper consult is necessary as maybe the dose or frequency of crocin may not be enough for her. Having said that, he fever could simply be a viral fever. Whatever the cause, crocin only brings down the fever till its action lasts .please consult with a paediatrician for the right course of action.
its called as malaise. its due to cold virus. take a tablet of crocin twice or thrice a day depending on the severity. if you have any throat pain and cough get yourself examined by local doctor or come in private consult for treatment

It looks like viral fever and along side he also has back pain for sure. For fever please consult general physician for better prognosis. For back pain he can do some hot pack when he starts walking. For urination you need to cleanse the body out of toxins. That is very important, consume barley water for your father. For back pain once the fever subsides then you can get treated for physiotherapy provided he had built his body endurance to undergo the treatment. If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.

Dengue fever is a viral fever, typically fever will last 5 to 7 days. Continue crocin sos, keep her well hydrated. Sometimes dengue can cause bleeding manistation, however its not to alarm you but to keep you informed, to lookout if she gets bleeding gums, or bleeding from nose or other sites. Other than that, if she faints, or has severe pain in the abdomen. If you see any of these signs visit a hospital. Otherwise she will recover very well. Always remember, drink plenty of water. That is essential in dengue.
