Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. As I understand you have hypothyroidism since 10 years and you are on 125 mcg. However, there is no mention of current t3, t4 & tsh levels. Because if hypothyroidism is under good control then all the symptoms related to that condition are in control. So if you are getting back ache and pain in legs, then there is a need to look at those values. If hypothyroidism is well controlled then one has to investigate and find out the reasons for such pain.
Another important aspect is your height & weight. With a bmi (body mass index) of 29.29 kg/sq meter (normal < 23 kg/sq meter), you are already very close to become grade 1 obese person. Your ideal body weight should be about 59 kg. Which means there is an excess of over 16 kgs. In uncontrolled hypothyroidism weight does go up. As regards gastritis, repeated use of painkillers does lead to that condition. Etoricoxib is supposed to cause very little effect on stomach mucosa and supposed to be safe. There also a need to look at your vitamin d3 & calcium levels, plus time spent on exercises daily. So please come back with these details and then I may be of help. Thanks.
Hi! I specialise in managing pain non surgically. First, the cause of pain is determined
then if it is arthritis (which is most common) we can have intra articular injections (inside the joint) to relieve pain, nerve blocks and so many other interventional pain management procedures.

Hello yes aldijesic have aceclofenac. It is not recommended for use during breast-feeding unless considered very essential by your doctor.
Instead, take crocin 500 mg, two times a day, or whenever you have pain.
Also, visit the dentist. Because until n unless your tooth is not opened the pain will not subside.
Though medication will help in pain relief but not for a very long time.

Regards Lybrate user. Pain in knee sometimes may not have to be from the knee as such. There are structures in hip or low back that may cause one to feel pain in the knee (without actually having pain in the knee). This may be ascertained by a thorough examination and evaluation. With the information provided, pain not occurring during walking, but sitting on floor or at night worsens it, the condition may be radiating from low back. You may consult an orthopaedician / orthopaedic physiotherapist for a detailed examination or you may reach out as well for virtual consult.
Please note that a x-ray palate needs to be done first to rule out underlying pathology.
Secondly di not take too hot or too cold food.
Keep warm ...avoid any kind of chewing tobacco or pan masala.
Take HEPAR Sulph 200 twice daily and revert back.
Well rinse your mouth with warm salt water, take any painkillers like zerodol sp with antacid, I ,this will help but visit your dentist as soon as possible.
No need to take both the medicines. If you are getting relief by aceclofenac 100 mg and it suits you, please go ahead with it after discussing the same with your treating doctor.
