Orcibest 10Mg Tablet
Orcibest 10Mg Tablet, is also known as metaproterenol which is used to relieve symptoms associated with chronic bronchitis, asthma, emphysema, and other related lung conditions. Orcibest 10Mg Tablet is a moderately selective adrenergic receptor agonist which means that it stimulates receptors found on the smooth muscle in the uterus, lungs and vasculature supplying skeletal muscle, with minimal or no effect on a adrenergic receptors. The effects can usually be felt 30 minutes after taking a dose and lasts for 3 to 6 hours. The usual dose for an adult is 10 mL 3 or 4 times daily. Children 4 to 12 years old should take 5 mL 3 times daily, children over 12 years should take 10 mL 3 times daily.
You should not take this medication if you have the following: are allergic to Orcibest 10Mg Tablet or any ingredients of this medication, if you are taking beta-blockers, if you have abnormal heart rhythms or an irregular heartbeat or anything related with a racing heartbeat, if you have hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy. Some side effects include fast heartbeat, headache, dizziness, nausea, nervousness, sweating, tremors, vomiting. If you experience any of the following it is advised to call your doctor: seizures, hives, an increase in blood pressure, chest pain.
