Micronac Eye Drop belongs to the class of drugs called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It works by blocking a certain natural substance called prostaglandins in the body that causes swelling and pain of eyes. It is used to treat pain, irritation, redness and inflammation associated with Post-operative eye pain and inflammation.

On application, this medication may temporarily burn or sting your eyes for the next 1-2 minutes. Eye redness and headache may also occur. If more serious side effects like eye swelling, vision changes, eye pain, eye discharge or extreme watering occur then call for medical help immediately.

To ensure this medication is safe for you inform your doctor if you have bleeding problems, diabetes, previous eye surgery, other eye problems, rheumatoid arthritis, nasal polyps or asthma.
