How does this medication work?

This medication is a synthetic form of L-glutamine or glutamic acid. It is an amino acid that is stored in the skeletal muscles for maintaining gastrointestinal smoothness. Shortage of L-glutamate requires an oral dosage that regulating gastrointestinal tract and maintaining the secretion of IgA and also helps in proliferation lymphocytes and monocytes.
