About Fosphen 75Mg Injection

Fosphen 75Mg Injection is used for the control, treatment, and prevention of conditions such as generalized tonic-clonic status epilepticus, and occurrence of seizures during neurosurgery.

This medication works by modulating voltage-dependent sodium and calcium channels of neurons. Thus inhibiting calcium flux across neuronal (influx) membranes, and enhancing the sodium-potassium ATPase activity of neurons and glial cells.

Do not use this medication:

  • if you are allergic to any of the ingredients present in it
  • if you are using any prescription or nonprescription drugs, or other herbal and dietary pills and supplements
  • if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • if you have diabetes, or if you have any upcoming surgeries
