Adalene Nanogel Gel mechanistically combines with certain retinoic acid nuclear receptors as well as retinoid X receptors. It does not combine with cytosolic receptor protein however. The exact working nature of Adalene Nanogel Gel is not known. It also works by binding to the 50S subunit of the bacterial ribosome thus inhibits the protein synthesis in the bacteria and stops the growth of the bacteria. Thus kills the bacteria causing acne.
