Culture need to be done before taking any antibiotic based on urien RE report and proteins increase due to many conditions and not UTI. If you can send directly the report, and details of your symptoms, I can clarify.
Did you give the blood culture for fever? If so, how was the spike? Was the fever present continuously or only evening rise in temperature? The report means there is a micrococci species of bacteria in your blood stream which could be the cause for the fever if you had it. The culture will have to undergo resistance testing to prescribe the proper type of antibiotics. Why don't you consult with me after the report arrives so we can plan out an antibiotic course for you? If you found my answer helpful, please leave a like/ thanks. Thank you.

You have acute otitis media and you should not put cotton swabs inside the ear. If you just leave it, the issue will stop and you can confirm by an ENT doctor.
With aerobics you will need to take some medicines and a prooerly planned diet too. If you r planning for diet its aim should be weight loss and your body should not get starved due to your diet. Though you want to loose body weight body need some energy to do daily works and also the nutrients. I will suggest a diet plan acording to your daily works.
Avoiding aerobic exercises is recommendable during menstruation. Whereas smooth exercises like yoga and walking can be done as they stimulate balanced flow.
There many reasons of blood in children, two of the most common reasons are nephritic syndrome caused due to infection which occurs a few days after throat infection and kidney stones.
Now, since the urine culture shows "no growth of aerobic organism" its less likely an infection. Please do a sonography of abdomen and pelvis to find out if there are any kidney stones. If sonography is also normal, then the bleeding might just be result of some trauma caused to the pelvic area.
