Tolpa D Tablet

Tolpa-D is a prescription drug that is manufactured by micro labs limited. It is composed of diclofenac 50 mg and serratiopeptidase 10mg. It is a non-steroidal drug which is used to alleviate symptoms of arthritis. This medication is prescribed when the patient has severe pain, inflammation, stiffness, joint pain, and swelling.

This Tablet decreases the hormones that cause inflammation and pain in the body, it blocks the chemicals causing pain and swelling. The side effects of this drug include a headache, belly pain, upset stomach or throwing up, though this can be taken care by proper diet and hydration. Since it doesn’t contain steroids, it is safer to use than other drugs containing steroids. The drug can also be used to treat muscle pain due to injury, painful menstrual cramps, ankylosing spondylitis and migraines.

Tolpa D Tablet inhibits an enzyme named Cyclooxygenase which is responsible for the formation of prostaglandin. Prostaglandin is a major contributor to the process of inflammation and pain sensation in the body. The other ingredient of the medicine facilitates the breakdown of proteins and reduces the formation of mucous and relieves inflammation.
