Health Query

I get pain in my left hand fingers (index and middle finger) and thumb: only tips behind nail, when suddenly hit with something or get pressed. Sometime pain is also felt when I open bottle or buttoning the shirt. I feel inflammation inside like pressed by hammer. If I leave it unattended it subside at its own after 2-3 minutes. I am Vitamin D and B12 deficient and taking medicines for the same, for the last one month but no relief (Felicita-od and D-rise. I am not suffering from BP or Sugar or Thyroid etc. Which doctor should I consult? What is the name of problem? What is the treatment of this problem - Allopathic, Homeopath, Ayurvedic etc. Is it symptom of any deficiency of any vitamin?

Take sunlight for 20 mins daily wearing short sleeves shirt & shorts/half pants. For B12 you should take curd/buttermilk daily.
