Hi, here are a few tips that will help you:- exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day?s energy comes from breakfast. Include healthy fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits and vegetables in your diet avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods. Drink a glass of water every hour daily to optimally hydrate the body. Note: the given prescription can change according to different conditions. Hello dear its good for health.. make sure not to consume water after eating peanuts or peanut butter..if your kid gets cough after eating this ,it means his immunity is too low to accept peanut in any form,avoid it simply..the cough he suffers from is a form of allergic cough .. And peanut doesnt causes cough ..but it should be taken during cold and cough due to its waxy and oil rich property..that induces further more suffering

I was suggested to take some nutrition supplement to increase my weight .now I'm started taking daily nutrition juice which I'm making my myself with 1 apple ,1 banana ,some dates, peanut butter 1 spoon ,milk ,dry grapes little and vey little amount of chocolate syrup for taste. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * To gain weight, First take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow The diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of Bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * After 2 hours of breakfast, Take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans.
