Hi, Creatine is involved in making the energy muscles need to work. Vegetarians and other people who have lower total creatine levels when they start taking creatine supplements seem to get more benefit than people who start with a higher level of creatine. Skeletal muscle will only hold a certain amount of creatine; adding more won't raise levels any more. For details of supplements please consult in private.

Does consuming creatine monohydrate for body building is harmful to health? If not what's the dosage and precautions ...
Hi, creatine supplements are used by athletes, bodybuilders, wrestlers, sprinters, and others who wish to gain muscle mass. It has been associated with asthmatic symptoms and warns against consumption by persons with known allergies to creatine. Creatine supplementation could affect hydration status and heat tolerance and lead to muscle cramping and diarrhea. There are reports of kidney damage with creatine use, such as interstitial nephritis; patients with kidney disease should avoid use of this supplement. In similar manner, liver function may be altered, and caution is advised in those with underlying liver disease. On the other hand, oral long-term intake of 3 g pure creatine per day is risk-free. ***********consult an endocrinologist for further details and advise**********
