Dear lybrate user, it is excellent to have a dream and it is wonderful to make sincere efforts to achieve the dream. It is also very important to have rational expectations, so that the goal is achievable. Hence, don't look at iitians and nitians. Focus on your dream and understand what skills will be required to achieve that dream, make a systematic plan, have a detailed schedule for each month/week/day and try to do things as per the schedule. Remember that what you do today is going to affect your future. So you will have to make conscious efforts to get rid of your habit of procasination. You probably are under stress and have fatigue. Try to take healthy diet, lots of water, do some exercise, and try to get at least 7 - 8 hours of sleep every day. Stop comparing yourself with others. Every person in this person is unique. There will always be many people who will be better than you and there will be many people who are not as good as yourself. So stop comparing. Always compare your current performance with your previous performance. Try to improve on that, learn new skills. Nlp would be helpful. You may also talk to a counsellor. Take care.

How safe is loperamide for 2.5 years old toddler. My son had successful surgery for hirschsprung disease at 6 months of age. Bt the food transit is on the higher side. Are there any bowel management programs which can help/medication.

Loperamide has many side effects and for me, it has hardly any useful role in controlling motion. Child is only 2.5 years and has many years for bowel training. Further bowel management depends on surgery performed for which attending surgeon is best person to guide.

Hair loss is a subtle metabolic disorder. It may be related to disease such as diabetes, for example, or following typhoid infection. It may be due to some fungal infection on the scalp, or to hormonal imbalance. A deficiency of calcium, magnesium, and zinc may affect the nourishment of the hair enough that the hair starts to fall out. And there is a definite hereditary factor, in which genes appear to trigger hair loss at a certain age. Pitta individuals, and those who have excess pitta in their system, are more likely than the other body types to lose their hair early in life, or to find that their hair becomes prematurely thin or gray. Excess pitta in the sebaceous gland, at the root of the hair, or folliculitis (inflammation of the hair follicles) can make the person start losing hair. You can try the following home remedies to deal with hair loss: ALOE VERA: To reduce pitta and preserve the health of your hair, drink Aloe Vera juice (? cup preferably with a pinch of cumin) 3 times a day for about 3 months. You can also scrape out the gel from an aloe plant with a spoon, and apply to your hair and scalp (and face too). ONION PASTE: Onion paste helps you cleanse your scalp and increases hair growth. You just need to add onions in the mixer and prepare a paste. Apply the paste on your scalp. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse with water. GUAVA LEAVES: Add guava leaves to hot water and boil it for a few minutes till the time the water turns black. Using cotton, apply the solution on your scalp. Repeat this process two to three times in a week. AMLA JUICE: Amla does wonders to the hair and is one of the best cures for baldness. Take equal portions of fresh Amla juice and Lemon juice and apply the mixture on your scalp. Leave it on for 30 minutes and rinse off. COCONUT and ALMOND MILK: Take 5-10 almonds and blend them with appropriate amount of tender coconut malai. Apply this nourishing hair pack to provide Vitamin E and many other nutrients to your hair.

Hello, if you follow the below steps regularly then there will be a little effect. 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. fatoline drops from Haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4.Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. 5. Do Surya Namaskar , yoga asans like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose),Vajrasana (Diamond Pose), Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), Matsyasana (Fish Pose) 6. avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 7. drink plenty of water daily. 8.Eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits.
