I will suggest you to not to take any supplement. Because you cannot take supplement for whole life .and if you leave them they will start showing their side effects. Which are worse and difficult to recover.

Just for precaution.
I would also suggest you to avoid any citrus fruit or fruit juice as during dengue your platelets will be low and any citrus fruit can trigger acidity and inturn may cause bleeding.

I am over weight and started going to gym 2 months back, I take muscleblaze fat burner and GNC BCAA before going to gym in the morning because I want to lose my body weight and whey isolate protien post workout. I wanted to ask is BCAA is better to take before workout as it takes 30 minutes to get digested or along thw workouts as suggested by most of the gym trainers?
