Hi, am 28 years old and trying to conceive. Bilateral ovaries are normal in size, contour and echo texture. Multiple small follicles are seen. No adnexal masses noted. No free fluid seen in POD. Noted in ultrasound scan report. It would be great helpful if you could explain my situation. Will I be able to get pregnant! Thank you.

Hi lybrate-user, the cream you have mentioned can be tried. As you are saying the circles are severe, any treatment would need to done after evaluating whether there is a problem with the pigmentation aspect, increased skin, hollowness, etc. It's a long term treatment so consult a dermatologist for guided treatment. Prescription cannot be given here as per guidelines. All the best.

Uterus appears normal in size and contour. No intrinsic filling defects. Right side tube is not visualized. No spill is noted in the extra peritoneal space on the right side. And I hv left side ectopic pregnancy n tube is not there. What is it means.

I am having a dark circles in my eyes contour and I am also having a pimples in my face so what should I do.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: ? Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. ? Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. ? Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. ? Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. ? Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. ? Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. ? Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. Follow these instructions to clear dark circles: ? Take 6 to 8 hrs sleep regularly. ? Drink 8 glass of water daily. ? Apply almond oil or you can apply capsule of vitamin E mix it in mosturiser or cream you have daily around the eye in night and massage it lightly daily. ? Take a piece of potato and make it's juice by crush it apply its juice for 15 min daily. ? Apply rose water daily for 10 min daily. ? Eat green leafy vegetables daily and fruits daily. Drink a glass of milk daily. ? Do not take stress do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 minutes.

Sir I am going to appear in medical examination of indian railways loco pilot but my vision is not 6/6 I am thinking to go for contour vision. Is there any possibility that surgery can be detectable in slit lamp test or fundus test?
