Hello- testicular pain is a very serious medical issue. If you experience sharp testicular pain, visit a doctor to determine whether the pain is caused by torsion, a serious, medical emergency requiring immediate surgery. Occasional testicular pain or soreness is often caused by sexual exhaustion, a side effect of over masturbation. Occasional testicular discomforts occurr typically during sexual activities or within two hours of an ejaculation. Causes over masturbation depletes the body of necessary neurochemicals, which help power the sex drive and keep the body in a balanced state. These chemicals control everyday bodily functions such as hair growth; melatonin for sleep; thyroid chemicals to maintain weight; and acetylcholine for proper genital blood flow. Men who masturbate in excess see a depletion in blood flow and an increase of the inflammatory responses. When the testicles experience a reduction in blood flow along with inflammatory signals, pain can ensue. Men who over masturbate see a decrease in testicular circulation and an increase in stagnation that leads to pain and testicle soreness. Meanwhile the testicles experience an increase in testicular interstitial tissue edema that creates groin pain. If you wish to recover, it best to switch to ayurveda as only ayurveda has highlighted ill effects of masturbation.

Hi lybrate-user. In addition to medicines, addressing what's keeping you awake and making you anxious might be more helpful. I practice cbt and use various relaxation techniques to help with sleep, overthinking and anxiety. Setting a pre-bed routine and getting some physical activity can help you. Switching off your devices an hour before can be beneficial as well.

You are being treated for depression and anxiety. You need to improve your sleep for sure. Sleep for less than 6 hours can induce various disorders both directly and indirectly. You may also suffer from hysteria and can give yourself all kinds of disorders like you describe. I suggest that you seek the help of a counselor too and work on your emotions, especially anger and fear. These may have childhood influences and it is best to work these out with a therapist. These complications will continue if you do not combine medication with counseling.

The most effective solution for dealing with anxiety for me personally was waking up early. I am not a morning person but once I tried this, I was surprised how good this made me feel. It helped me find peace and calm myself down. Having so much time in my hand I could do small things that made me happy and I felt a sense of accomplishment just by waking up early. I feel the most anxious during the night- so sleeping early really helped me tackle it to a great extent. Meditation was another thing I tried when my anxiety was at its peak. Trust me- for someone who thinks a lot, it is no joke to shut your mind down and focus on your breathing. I could concentrate for very few minutes in the beginning but my thoughts kept spiraling back. So listening to some meditation music while I meditate helped me increase concentration. It helped me analyse my recurring thoughts and gave me more clarity about them. Mostly during such times I don’t feel like interacting with anyone- thinking that nobody will really understand how I feel. It’s great if you can talk it out and rant everything going on in your mind to someone who cares to listen. Taking it all out really helps. If you’re someone who is not comfortable with addressing this with anyone, then you can try writing down all that is going on in your mind. Once you take it all out in any manner, you will feel relieved. If you feel like you are stuck between your thoughts and feel very helpless, just do something. Take a walk, call up your friends and talk about something random, play with your pet - just do something to break that cycle that is going on in your head. Do anything that will distract you even for sometime. Take action without overthinking anything. Just go for it. Being positive and thinking right is almost impossible during such times. One of the main reasons I avoid talking to people during this time is because they may feel bad/ give some positive shit which is not what I want. You know yourself the best- try starting small and appreciating small wins. Having a motivational self-talk session/ looking in the mirror and giving yourself some positivity might help. Appreciate yourself for how far you have come and remind yourself about your strengths. Try to get a balance of the basic things that need to be right- sleep, food, health and water level. Once you get these things in check it will show better results over time. Having any kind of physical activity or a workout routine will help you fight anxiety. Doing this releases endorphins which trigger a positive feeling in the body. It will also help you reduce stress, improve sleep and help in fighting with anxiety and depression. If all the above things do not help and you are still stuck with being anxious, then there is just one way out. Confrontation. Ask yourself what is troubling you and analyse your thoughts. Address it and not run away from it. You have to feel the anxiety, be curious about it and seek answers and find out what is really going on. There will always be an underlying message or something you’re trying to run away from and are too weak to confront that. No matter how much you run away from it, sooner or later you will have to face it. This is a long process and you need to be strong and have patience to tackle it. Lastly, know that you are not alone. This feeling is just temporary. Think of it as your body’s way to communicate something with you. We feel this only when we have lost perspective and when we are lacking inspiration. We have to just find ways to get out of the drama going on in our heads and gain perspective. Anxiety is something most of us go through at different levels. We are just too weak to talk about it. It is a part of being human- you are not alone.

I want to ask this question regarding my mother who is 52 years old. I am sorry to write but I have to write all the symptoms in detail in order to count it and treat it. The whole family and others think that "iski nature hi aisi hai -- she is only like this" but I am sure she has some psychological issue. She feels inferiority complex all the time, sometimes any joke she takes on his heart and get angry, she thinks we are mocking her. If we take care of our father, she thinks we are taking care of our father more than her and we are not taking care of her, we are not concerned about her. If we give any special food or gift to our father, then she thinks we are taking care of father only, she stops talking to all, all of a sudden. If any other person is given more attention in the family then she feels why people are not giving any attention to her. She becomes secluded (alag thalag) at times after any such things which others could not even notice or which may not be a big deal for others, she then leaves eating. When on any issue arguing with her, at the end she plays victim card. Yes I am bad, yes I don't know anything. And becomes super angry and stops talking for a few days. She thinks no one cares for her, she often thinks may be we are against her. She is super negative. Any disease like gastritis when gets not cured, she feels she is suffering from any big disease and needs big treatment in big hospital, if we do treatment in our city hospital or with city doctor then she thinks we are not doing enough for her. When we grew up, I came to know from our father that she had depressive episodes when we are very young. She used to beat things violently, beat us at times. Currently she has ibs (irritable bowel syndrome) and with other medicines, tryptomer helped very much. I want to know ,what this psychological issue can be called. Anxiety disorder, depression or anything else or nothing? And what could be best thing to address this. This is effecting our life quality.

It appears that you mother has chronic mild depression and left untreated along with a depressive personality disorder, has taken on a huge cost on your family. I also believe that there are instances where you are able to make her happy and she compares herself to others and becomes sad. I also think that we could be addressing this with medications and improve her quality of life. You should also consider getting a second opinion online with us so that we can try to help you better. 1.Use Deep Breathing Deep breathing is another effective way to relieve stress and anxiety. It helps you with physical symptoms such as shallow breathing and rapid heart rate, and it also helps with controlling your thoughts. When you practice deep breathing, you're forced to take your thoughts off of whatever is causing you anxiety and to focus on the breathing technique that you are using. 2.Keep A Journal Journaling can be an effective way to deal with your anxiety and to find relief. It helps you to take all of the things that are rolling around in your head and get them out of your head and down on paper. Sometimes seeing the things that we're worried about on paper can help us to see that they're not as big of a deal as we thought they were. It can also help us to find solutions that we have been overlooking. 3.Hang Out With Friends If you're struggling with anxiety, sometimes the last thing that you want to do is go hang out with your friends. Even if it's an activity that you enjoy with people that you like, the thought of it can be stressful. Your brain already feels overwhelmed with things that you feel you need to figure out, and it can seem like a bad use of time to do something fun. 4. Exercise, Find What Works For You : You might be tired of hearing about how great exercise is for your health. But, the reason you hear about it so much is that there's no way around it. Exercise it's good for both your physical body and for your mind.Getting regular exercise has been proven to help you sleep better at night, clear your head, and boost your mood. It's a great way to use up all that pent-up energy that you have in a way that's going to benefit you in multiple areas of your life.
