Qst Syrup helps in treating malaria, a disease which occurs as a result of mosquito bites. The disease occurs because of malaria parasites that enter the human body as a result of the mosquito bite. These parasites attack the liver and the red blood cells of the body. Qst Syrup is prescribed by doctors as it kills malaria parasites that invade the red blood cells. Thus, this medication is a part of a group of medications which are known as antimalarials. It effectively treats malaria, but does not prevent the onset of the disease. This drug should be taken as per the instructions given by a doctor. It is meant for oral consumption, and it is generally recommended that patients should take it along with food, so as to reduce the chances of a stomach upset. The drug is generally prescribed for about 3-7 days and should be taken after every 8 hours. Make sure that you do not stop the use of Qst Syrup in the mid half way.
