    This medication is a carotene and carotenoid pigments found in fruits and vegetables like watermelons, pink grapefruits, apricots, pink guava, and tomatoes. Levo-carnitine is a supplement used for treating the low level of carnitine in the blood. Carnitine is required by the body for energy and keeping the body in good health. People with kidney dialysis may have inadequate carnitine in the blood which might result in liver, heart and muscle problems. Zinc is a supplement that is generally used to treat depressive disorder and diarrhea in some cases. Mechanism of action for such a supplement is simple. It merely looks to supply the mineral, which may have been lost or absent in the body, otherwise. They work by increasing sperm count and treat male infertility.
