About Orcibest 10Mg Tablet

This medication is a metaproterenol which is used to relieve symptoms associated with chronic bronchitis, asthma, emphysema, and other related lung conditions. It is a moderately selective adrenergic receptor agonist. Thus, the tablet stimulates receptors found on the smooth muscle in the uterus, lungs and vasculature supplying skeletal muscle.

You should not take this medication if you are allergic to it or any of its ingredients. Exercise caution if you have abnormal heart rhythms or an irregular heartbeat. Also, avoid consuming the tablet if you have hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy.

Some side effects of the medicine include fast heartbeat, headache, dizziness, nausea, nervousness, sweating, tremors and vomiting. If you experience any of the following, it is advised to call your doctor.
