About Nurokind-Gold Injection

Nurokind-Gold Injection is primarily prescribed as a nutritional supplement to malnutirition patients to ensure the proper functioning and growth of the body. Self administration is not advised. Inform your prescriber if you have any allergy to this medication or to any of this ingredient.

Nurokind-Gold Injection is used as a supportive nutritional supplementation in conditions in which water-soluble vitamins are required like GI disorders, chronic alcoholism, pregnancy, severe burns, and recovery from surgery.

Nurokind Gold Injection is a combination medication containing Vitamin B3, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12. It circulates through the bloodstream and helps the body to produce red blood cells. Hence, the medicine is primarily used as a nutritional supplement.

The deficiency of vitamin B may result in pernicious anaemia, weakness, numbness and tingling sensations. The injection helps against degenerative cell condition called Multiple sclerosis. It acts as a stress reliever for the body and mind.

Some of the common side effects of Nurokind Gold Injection that may occur are abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, headache, skin rash, etc. These effects usually go away on their own. However, you must consult a doctor if the side effects persist for a longer time.
