My name is Dr. Saurabh Garg hai. Aaj hum baat karenge Kamar ke dard ki. Kamar ka dard Hume kahin pe bhi ho sakta hai. Yeh upari kamar yani ki apke bajuo ke beech mein ya phir nichali qamar ya phir sabse neeche Jahan pe hamare baithne ka zor padta hai, jisko hum tail bone bolte hain. Hum mukhyata aj low back ki baat karenge. Kamar dard ka mukhya karand humare disc se ata hai. Generally yahan pe kareeb 15 se 20 aise structure hote Hain Jo alag alag tarike ke dard ko dete Hain lekin most common hota hai slip disc Ka hona. Slip disc asal me ek disc hoti hai, jiska paani khatam hojata hai or vo balloon ki tarah fool ke bahar ajati hai or ye ek nas ko daba rahi hoti hai.

Jis jagah pe ye nas ko daba rahi hoti hai uske karand us jagah se related aage ka jitna bhi hissa hai vo saara dard karta hai. Jaise, agar vo pair ki nas hai, to pure pair me dard jaega. Agar vo hath ki nas hai, to pure hath ki ungliyon tak dard jaega. Iska jo ilaaj hai mulyata sabko yeh pata hai ki surgery ya fir kuch samay tak k liye dawaiyan jisse hum us bimari ko thode samay k liye kheech sakte hai. But yeh karna galat hoga, kyunki 3 mahine agar apne dard sehan kia hai to ek chronic pain me convert hojata hai. Iske bad fir apki surgery ya kisi or tareeke se isko control nahi kiya jaskta. To mai apko yahi ek cheez btana chahunga ki jab bhi kisi dard se aap grasith ho, to 3 mahine ke andar andar uska ek upyukt ilaaj karana jaruri hai.

Ab ate hai kamar dard pe vapis. Hum kya karte hai, hum bina kisi surgery ke apke lifestyle ko change kara ke, kuch dawaiyon ke zariye or kuch interventions ke zariye hum is kamar dard ko mooltah puri tarah theek karne ki koshish karte hai. Generally yeh dard kaafi ache se theek hojata hai or ap apne sari activities ko assume karskte hai. Isme apko sirf ek din ka aram hota hai or iske bad ap apne sari normal activities karsakte hai. Kuch parhez hote hai jaise jhuk k wajan nahi uthana, yeh sari cheezein apko hamesha karni rahengi. Mukhyata lifestyle me hum apko exercise ke liye promote karte hain, ache khane k liye, pranam vyayam k liye hum apko promote karte hain.
