Effect Of Drinking Lemon Juice With Water Or Apple Cider Vinegar Concoction On An Empty Stomach
In today's era, almost all are health and looks conscious. Although everyone knows the basic mantra of getting in shape is by balancing healthy eating and exercise, there are certain habits which people follow as a common rule.
Almost anyone who has set a mark for losing weight includes either lemon juice in warm water with/without honey.
- Apple cider vinegar with warm water as first thing in the morning.
- The combination as such is a good immune booster, as various studies have mentioned, but the timing of the intake is also very important.
- The above said both mixtures are acidic in nature and when taken on empty stomach, especially in the morning when our body has been in the fasting mode for about 8hours or so, causes destructive changes to the lining of the stomach.
- This in long term will cause heartburn, sore throat, acid reflux and other GIT related issues.
- The ideal way of having lemon would be mixed with food either during its preparatory stage or at the end, as dressings. The same applies for apple cider vinegar too.
- To start off the day you can always have either simple plain cold water, warm water or warm water with honey.
