Bahut sare logo ki problem hai choti si samasya ban jati hai mind mein kuch vichar shuru ho jata hai, toh neend nahi aati hai aur neend na aane se bahut sare nuksaan hame hota hai aur hamare yahan kehte hain sleep is the diet of your mind, agar mind ko neend se hi shakti milti hai aur neend nahi achi nahi hai ki toh mind aapka thoda sa jo hai aur kamzor ho jayega.
