Kya hota hai isme aap jo khana khate hain wo khana purn roop se pachta nahi hai, jab khana pachega nahi toh anek prakar ke symptoms aapko ho sakte hain. Aapko pet mein gas ho sakti hai, aapko acidity ho sakti hai, pet me bharipan ho sakta hai, pet mein dard bhi ho jata hai of course undigested food jab hota hai hamare small intestine ke andar toh wahan par ek vishala tatva banta hai jisko hum aam bolte hain. Is tarah se hum apne pachan ko thik kar sakte hain? Aur niyamit roop se aapko exercise zaroor karni hai, exercise karne se bhi hamara pachan thik hota hai aur hamari agni jo hai woh majboot hoti hai. Toh choti-choti si cheeze hain lekin bahut important hai hamara pachan sansthan. Yadi hamara digestive system thik rahega, toh hum bahut sare rogo se bilkul apne aap ko bacha karke rakh sakte hain.
