I’m Dr. Pooja, naturopath and yoga expert and the nutritionist and diabetes educator. It’s been 12 years I’m working into the same field. Aur aaj me apko batane ja rahi hunk e ap apne food ko as medicine lengi tau ap kabhi bhi life mein bemar nahi parenge. There are four to five to seven rules jab ap apni life mein agar yeh rules ko follow karenge aur diet ko ache food ko ap apni diet mein add on kerna shuru karenge tau ap kabhi bhi bemar nahi parenge.

The rule number 1 is that keh understand your diet routine basically. Apka daily routine kia hai ap kis time uthte hain kis time sotay hain that really matters a lot. Reason being ke apka pura din isi cheez per depend kerta hai. Agar ap late uthte hain tau apka pura din delay hojata hai. Agar ap time se uthte hain tau apka breakfast time se hoga kyoun ke time really makes major important role in your daily routines. Like agar apne breakfast kiya hai subah 9 baje se 10 baje tak tau apka next diet hoga 11 or 12 o clock.

Jab ap fruits le sakte hain nuts le sakte hain. Then you can take your lunch proper, then you can take evening snacks like tea green tea you can add on you can add on butter milk you can add on salads in your diet that time. Don’t indulge too fruits too tastes all together. Ap fruits alag rakheye, salads alag rakheye. Dinner apt hora light rakheye, 8 baje ke qareeb ap dinner kerlijeye. Proper meal lijeye aisa kuch nahi hai ke apko sirf soups aur salads hi lene hain. Salads ap 7 o clock ya 6 o clock le sakte hain. 8 se 9 baje ap proper dinner lijeye lekin khana khaney ke adha ghantay ke baad ap walk per zarur jaeye.

This is the basic this is the general rule what I m telling you but there are certain rules which you have to take care. 1 ap pani buhat ziada piyoge till the age of 50 ap thora sa pani ka intake dehaan mein rakheye, ap 8 to 10 le sakte hain but ap after 50 we have to see certain medical conditions also tab apka may be apka pani restrict hosakta hai. Tau namak ek aisi cheez hai jau hum din mein buhat ziada lete hain. But ap 1 tea spoon salt per day rakheye isse ziada namak koshish kareye nahi lena hai. Tala hua ap nahi khaeye.

Ap meal roasted form mein le sakte hain ya grilled form mein le sakte hain. Koshish kijeye thora sa tandoori waghera jau ap gas pe hi bana sakte hain who apt hora sa add on kijeye. Daily ap walk ker sakte hain apke liye best hai. Agar ap walk nahi ker pa rahe hain tau seerhian charye elevator use matt kareye. Agar ap kuch bhi cheezain apni daily diet daily routine mein nahi ker parahe hain jaise physical hai kuch bhi jaise abhi hum bethe hain tau ap apna thora sab eth ker thora cabin hi mein walk ker lijeye ya stairs ko ya jahan ap apna foot rest hota hai us per up and down kerlijeye. Ap bethe bethe bhi kuch kuch exercise kersakte hain. Facial exercises ker sakte hain, ap hand exercises ker sakte hain, tau thora thora sa ap apne apko physical exercises mein indulge kijeye.

And most important thing kea p apna time banaye sonay ka. Snay ka agar apka pattern sahi hai tau ap kafi beemarion se chutkara pa sakte hain. Believe me ap diabetes mein sleep ka buhat bara role hota hai agar ap proper so nahi rahe hain ap proper kha nahi rahe hain agar apka short sleep hai chahe who 5 hours ka sleep hai but agar who sound sleep hai tau that means ap apni diabetes ko peche ker rahe hain. Ap apni diabetes ko rok parahe hain. But agar apka sonay ka tareeqa sahi nahi hai aur ap dhung se so bhi nahi parahe hain ya ap late night so rahe hain tau ap dekheyega kea p un logon ka sugar ka level ziada barha hua hota hai. Tau please ap apna dehaan rakheye. Aur in sab cheezon per ap thora thora sa dehaan rakhenge tau bhi acha hai. Idhar udhar ki baton ko sochna ya sunna band kijeye.

Consult kareye proper doctor se ta ke who apko apki body ke according apki diet mein bata sake medicine bata sake. And more important ke koshish kareye kea p jitna healthy khana khaenge ap apni diet mein fruits indulge kijeye vegetables indulge kijeye and nuts indulge kijeye. These things are very very much important and the water. Coconut water is one of the substitute of the cold drinks and other drinks. Please ap in sab cheezon ko khaye aur healthy raheye.
