How to stay fit: Staying fit is extremely essential for a healthy and happy life. With today’s lifestyle, people often find it difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle and stay fit. But actually, staying fit is not that difficult if done properly. So how to stay fit? How to stay fit: 

Here are tips on how to stay fit, healthy and happy: 

• Stay physically active. Make use of fitness apps for help, if necessary: For staying active, it is extremely important to stay physically active. Engage yourself into any physical activity that you like- any sport, dancing, yoga, aerobics etc. If you are someone who finds it difficult to maintain an exercise schedule then you can take the help of various apps that are fitness and exercise based. Such apps will make it easier for you to track your fitness and follow and maintain an exercise schedule. To make exercise more interesting you can also mix up your routine. For example- Monday for yoga, Tuesday for dance, and so on.

• Eating right: Eat healthy balanced meals. Do not skip meals. Have a hearty breakfast every morning, protein rich. Have at least 3 to 4 portions of fruits and vegetables every day. Cut back on junk as well as processed foods. Avoid food items that contain trans-fat and refined sugar. Drink plenty of water each day. 


If you have the habit of eating out too much or eating too much junk and processed food then try to reduce this habit little by little. If you can’t decide what are the best things for you to eat then you can consult a dietician. A registered dietician will provide you with the best diet plan. 

• Get enough sleep : Sleeping for 7 to 8 hours every night is essential. To sleep better, turn off your phone an hour before you hit the bed. Try to maintain a bed time routine, for example reading a book, meditating etc. This is one of the best tips on how to stay fit. 

• How you feel is important: Also make sure that you take some time out for yourself for doing something that you enjoy. It could be anything- reading, cooking, watching your favorite show, singing etc. It is important to stress on how you feel. Hence, you should do things that make you feel happy.
