Indians are Vitamin D deficient, and it is a fact. But what yet remains ignored is the fact that Indians are Protein deficient too. As per a recent study, around 73% of the Indian diets lack protein and the troubling part is that 93% Indians are unaware of their ideal protein requirements. And we do not pay much heed to it!

This ignorance can be risky to our health as protein deficiency can lead to major health concerns.

How protein deficiency affects our health?

a) Reduces body stamina: Protein deficiency can make you feel lethargic, fatigued and tired.

b) Lack of concentration: You tend to feel stressed, and experience mental fatigue.

c) Impaired immunity: You experience frequent bout of illness and slower recovery.
