I am 25 y/o, and I have numbness in my hand mostly in the thumb, index finger and middle finger. There is a slight numbness that goes up the top of my arm into my shoulder and up my neck. The research i've done says its the median nerve. I am a computer gamer. This numbness has been there for around a week and a half to two weeks. I've been doing slight stretches to possibly help the situation however, nothing helps. My guess is a carpal tunnel problem.

You have a carpal tunnel syndrome to avoid the nerve compression you have to avoid strain by reducing the use of computer and things.
