Get enough sleep and manage stress. Avoid tobacco smoke. Drink less alcohol. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds, which will provide your body with the nutrients your immune system needs. Consider probiotics. Catch some rays.

Hi and thanks for asking a question dear lybrate user do these following things: 1. You should at least drink 2 litres of water per day. 2. Regular exercises. 3. Always eat right and nutritional food. 4. No smoking and liquor. 5. Always try to keep yourself stress free 6. Always sleep this will keep you fit and will increase stamina. Thanks.
