Sporolac sachet can be dissolved in breast milk or formula and can be given. Mix in small volume and give. Use as prescribed.

My son had loose motions yesterday. Used O2 and sporlac. Within one day motions stopped. Is it good for him?

Yes can take but it will not much effective, try kutaj ghan vati, ors,powder or diarex tab, take mattha, banana,pomgrenate juice etc.
