First and foremost is to keep blood glucose levels in good control, that is fasting glucose should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% < 6.5%. That is possible only when you are on appropriate treatment with modern drugs plus there is diet restriction and regular exercise of over 1 hour a day.
On top of this if one wishes to take the medicines mentioned (Ayurvedic)
, one can definitely take those. For dosage you will have to talk to the Ayurvedic doctor or the product pack may be mentioning the dosage.Thanks.
