Hi 1) apply mixture of onion and lemon juice on the scalp,
2) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals,
3) take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, 4) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, 5) take 20 ml of bhrungarajasava and 2-2 tablets of leelavilas rasa and raktastambhak vati after meals, 6) use vatajatadi taila, do all these things for 30 days it gives you good result thanks.

Hello good morning mam. Both r you r taking at a time in night or alternate days changed it. U need to have a healthy diet with adequate water intake ,regular exercise for minimum of 45 mins whatever form it may be, early sleep in night time and that too proper sleep for minimum of 6 hours, stress reduction you need to do yoga or meditation for minimum of 30 mins on alternate days if daily not possible for u.r you doing all these things mam?
The ones you have mentioned are general health tonics.
However please note that they have no effect on weight.
You can take any health tonic for a month. Otherwise it is best to take natural products in natural form and not in packaged bottles.
