Use moisturizers and creams often Keeping your facial and neck skin moisturized all the time prevents early occurrence of both wrinkles and sagging skin. In particular, go for moisturizing creams containing vitamin A, Retin-A, Shea butter, glycolic acid and vitamin C as ingredients. Smoking in particular introduces into your body harmful chemical, some of which put you at risk of having sagging skin apart from causing other serious diseases. Although you may have to deal with wrinkles in old age, sagging skin is something you should fight at all costs. Soya chunks, paneer, brocolli, cabbage, cauliflower, millets like ragi, foxtail, quinoa are good sources of protein. You can also try some organic protein powders that are available in the market, ensure the protein powder is from a trust worthy company. Butter milk and curds are also good sources of protein. Brown rice is a good source of complex carbs and protein too. Chocolates are not a protein source. Chocolates are good if it is bitter chocolate and does not have sugar added to it.

Whether oziva proteins and herbs good for health? I am age 49, do attend regular gym for 1 hour a day. I feel weakness sometimes. Some body advised me to take oziva proteins and herbs.

Do high protein diet like paneer, chicken, dal, rajama, sprouts, eggs in daily diets fallow this diets for one months properly morning take milk cornflakes n banana in midmorning take banana shake 1glass, in lunch take proper meal in evening take coconut water in night take proper meal add in daily diets dates 6pics daily 8pics badam, n chuaraha 5pics daily.

take protein diet, green vegetable diet, dal, paneer, cheese, fruits, eggs etc, drink 3-4 litre of water daily, take cap autrin 1 cap od , 1 hr walk daily, it will help you,thanks.
