Coffee is a acidic food which can cause problems if taken in excess. Do not exceed 2 cups per day it will cause addiction and you will become dehydrated and it will also interfere with your sleep. Try to get organic coffee or organic green tea or oolong tea they are rich in antioxidants. Do not use any supplements or shakes as adverised in marketing ads .They will rob your money and make you sick eat natural foods and you can reduce weight naturally like low carb and high fibre and healthy fats diet take a consult for specific advice.

Hi. Thanks for the query. Remember always that no food works in isolation. Green coffee may help boost metabolism maybe by a mere 5% but exclusively depending on green coffee wont help weight loss. Your diet and exercise is always going to be the most important to lose weight. Some people are genetically not able to metabolize caffeine so be cautious to not have more than 2 cups a day if you do or you may land up with some cardiac issue.
