You can wash the hair with a paste made from neem leaves. This is particularly effective for hair loss caused due excessive build up of scalp oil or invasive skin infections. For restoring the alkaline balance of the scalp and preventing hair fall, you can follow this with washing the hair with apple cider vinegar. Other homemade pastes that can be very useful include a mixture prepared from adding honey and olive oil to some cinnamon (dalchini) powder.

First of all u should change your eating habits like 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't Overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is ur traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods 7.Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water 9. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 10. Maintain active life style Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gymming etc. Now about point no. 10. You should join a gym for weight training. Do it 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions. On other days u can do cardio exercises. Eating small meals every 2 hours, increases metabolic rate. The Lp (a) levels dropped to 48 but now have increased back to 58. Statin drug reduced the LDL levels but couldn't help with the Lp (a) level. What is the best way to reduce LP (a)?

Statin drug is loaded with side effects like dementia and memory loss besides causing liver failure slowly, some doctors are not giving it, others have reduced it to twice a week, still rest of them continue with 1 tablet /day. Ldl & lipoproteins can be reduced by diet (low in bad fats) lemon + honey water, apple cider vinegar and lots of exercise, yoga and meditation. Remember stress releases hormones called steroids within the body and steroids if taken from outside or generated from within does increase bad fats & sugar levels as a defense mechanism.
