Role of key ingredients:

Multivitamins and minerals are also used to treat vitamin or mineral deficiencies caused by illness, poor nutrition, digestive disorders, certain medications, and many other conditions. Hello Lybrate-User, You can have ginger turmeric tea if you have constipation problem (1 glass warm water add 1-inch grated ginger, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp ajwain and 1 spoon chia seeds). Chia seeds help to relieve constipation. If you have acidity you can have fennel water. Thank you.

Hi, now you must stop giving ferradol. As any kind of supplements should not be taken more than 2 months unless it is advised by physician.

Hello, Milk is loaded with nutrients and ensure that if combine with some cereals can improve the nutritional qualities of the final product. Whereas, water if taken with meals can hinder the absorption in the stomach, by diluting important acids in the stomach.

Vegetables have their highest nutrient content right after being picked. If they are canned or frozen right after picking, then much of their nutrient content is preserved. Exposing vegetables to too much heat, light or air can rob them of their nutrients. In addition, you should avoid over cooking vegetables or waiting to long to serve them after cooking, If you do want to cook your vegetables, steaming them is a good choice, because it does not lead to as much nutrient loss and steamed vegetables tend to retain more vitamin C than boiled vegetables.
