A78 CHRONIC ANXIETY DROPS


Indications- Sudden fright or shock, Shortness of breath, Heart palpitations, Trembling or shaking, Sweating, Choking, Nausea and abdominal distress, Numbness, Dizziness, and unsteadiness, Feeling of detachment, Hot flushes or chills.


Composition

Each 5ml. contains:

Aconitum napelles 3x 0.50 ml
Argentum nitricum 3x 0.25 ml
Arsenicum album 3x 0.50 ml
Gelsemium sempervirens Q 0.25 ml
Ignatia amara 3x 0.25 gm
Lycopodium clavatum 3x 0.50 ml
Calcarea carbonica 3x 0.25 gm
Pulsatilla nigricans 3x 0.50 ml
Anacardium orientale 3x 0.50 ml
Bryonia alba 3x 0.50 ml
Causticum 3x 0.25 ml
Borax 3x 0.50 gm
In Aqua Destillata.


Dosage: Take 8 to 10 Drops in half cup of water daily 4 times. Or as directed by the Physician.

It can be challenging to come out of depression and substance use. Since you used marijuana for long periods, it's likely that you got addicted to it. So when you stop it you get some withdrawal symptoms. After long term use marijuana is known to cause what we call amotivation syndrome in some people. It causes lot of apathy, disinterestedness, decrease in sex drive, loss of appetite, low mood, lack of motivation, slowness of thinking etc. You may often suffer from depression anxiety etc simultaneously. For proper treatment, there has to be lifestyle modification on your side. Inculcate healthy eating habits. Exercise regularly to stimulate your body and mind to be active. Take proper treatment for underlying depression and anxiety. When these are correctly treated then automatically your symptoms will show improvement. Counselling and therapy may also help along with medications. Be hopeful about recovery. It is possible only if you are truly motivated to get better. Yes it can as cortisol and other hormones get elevated. With decreased immune system , more diseases . Have a balanced diet . Also will suggest the following for improving your immunity. 1. Stay away from Dust and Pollution. 2. Increase your immunity, eat plenty of Fruits and vegetables. 3. Kee Hydrated. Drink plenty of water and soups. 4. Exercise - Make it a habit to exercise or run for 45 minutes daily. This will improve your immunity. 5. Green Tea - Drink green Tea and coffee , They contain flavnoids and will.improve your immunity. 6. Multivitamin - A good multivitamin of Antioxidants will also help you avoid cold and allergies . 7. Definitely a big NO. Chronic anxiety can lead to a number of diseases including derranged lipid profile. Do not think of using stress to lessen weight.
