It's not a big problem. But take good precautions like eating only healthy food (more of natural and whole grains and pulses ). Avoid outside food and beverages. Avoid stimulants like tobacco and alcohol. Avoid excess tea and coffee. Drink sufficient water (8-10 glasses ). Start exercising everyday. Hi, I am 26 years old, I am suffering from jaundice and I am taking rephtin tab. + livt syrup + amlycure ds syrup is it ok for jaundice to recover.

You did not mention bilirubin level readings. During and immediately after jaundice, you will be very weak and your digestion also will be very weak. Please take home made boiled food without oil. Fruit juices, sugar cane juice, coconut water are good. No drinking and smoking.
