Sensiclav Bd 200 Mg/28.5 Mg Dry Syrup

This syrup is composed of Amoxycillin and Clavulanic Acid. As a penicillin antibiotic, this medication treats bacterial infections.

It is used to treat lower respiratory tract infections including pneumonia and empyema, intra-abdominal infections, peritonitis, pre-operative prophylaxis, gynecological surgery, non-invasive childhood diseases and perforated appendicitis.

This medication is a Penicillin antibiotic and inhibits the transfer of a peptide group in the transpeptidation process. As a result, the bacterium is not able to build cell walls and is killed.
