Thiorphan is an active ingredient that effectively lowers the watery secretions that the intestines produce. Thus, fluid loss as well as the symptoms of diarrhea are reduced. The drug should be continued until the condition improves significantly. 2 dosages of Racex 100Mg Capsule are usually prescribed. 10 mg of Racex 100Mg Capsule is prescribed to infants weighing around 12kg, while children above 12kg are prescribed 30mg of Racex 100Mg Capsule.
