Tonact th dear it is called tonact tg tonact tg is combination of two lipids lowering medicines 1.atrovastatin 2.fenofibrate fenofibrate reducing high triglycerides. Atrovastatin decreases cholesterol well and little triglycerides. To decrease triglycerides life style modifications are more important 1.avoid excess sugar 2. No refined foods 3.add more fibres in diet 4.choose healthy fats over saturated fats 5.know the dangers of trans fats 6.do regular exercises 7.control your weight. Please send your lipid profile reports ,then I can guide you.

If you do life style modifications and avoid fatty foods, then this medicine can be stopped under supervision.

From the information you've provided, it seems you have a history of fatty liver and lipid (cholesterol) issues. It's positive to hear that you've made lifestyle changes such as abstaining from alcohol, cigarettes, and tobacco use, as well as incorporating exercise and a healthy diet into your routine. It's important to manage your cholesterol levels to reduce the risk of heart issues. Statins are commonly prescribed to lower cholesterol levels, and it seems you've been taking them in different dosages. The decision about the appropriate dosage and duration of statin therapy is typically made by a physician based on various factors, including your overall cardiovascular risk profile. Factors such as your age, gender, blood pressure, smoking history, family history of heart disease, and other medical conditions will be taken into account. Given your specific situation, it's best to discuss with your physician or cardiologist regarding the most suitable dosage of statins for you. They can assess your overall cardiovascular risk and help determine the appropriate medication regimen. It's also essential to continue managing your blood sugar levels, as you mentioned you are taking triglimisave for that purpose. Regular monitoring and following the advice of your healthcare professional regarding diabetes management are crucial. Additionally, since you mentioned experiencing depression and panic disorder, it's important to address these mental health concerns as well. Your current medication regimen for these conditions should be discussed with a mental health professional who can evaluate your symptoms and determine if any adjustments are necessary.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. Your recent lipid levels mentioned show a good improvement. That suggests current treatment is helping. So there is a need to continue the same dosage. Secondly there is no mention of your age, weight, height, extent of daily exercise, whether you indulge in alcoholic drinks, it is difficult comment any further. If blood glucose is not well controlled it will affect lipids as well as liver function. Further if ones weight is not in control that also affects liver functions and lipids. Therefore, please come back with all the necessary information then I will be able to help. It is better if you come in a private conversation then I will be able to recommend necessary treatment also. Thanks.

Whether or not it is appropriate to switch from zilsar 40 to zilsar ch 40/12.5 depends on your father's individual medical history and current condition. You should consult your father's doctor before making any changes to his medication regimen. The doctor will evaluate your father's medical history, examine him, and recommend a treatment plan that is appropriate for him. Please leave a positive review, if you have found my answer helpful. Consult me on Lybrate or for proper diagnosis and treatment. My consultation fee is just 50 rs.

The weakness after stroke takes long time to improve and may not recover completely, all these things depend on the area of stroke just continue physiotherapy aggressively on a daily bases and it should improve.

For this ask for private consultation with repeat ecg, fasting and pp blood sugar, hba1c and old records. Without medical advice it is not good to stop medications.
