Smuth Cream Side Effect

I have fissure and it is not going away. I had pain firstly for 1 week and then it reduced, now there is no pain but I have one skin tag on that part and not going away and a tight bowl movement. I am not able to do my squat workouts because it shrinks the muscles in that area. I have used anovate and now have red colour and itchiness.

Hello, I am 22 years old female and currently I am suffering from anal itching and pain. I have been suffering from constipation since beginning and a month ago I was severely constipated and got anal fissures. I was careful about my diet and took fibre daily and now I am relived from pain during bowel movements. However I have started to suffer from anal itching and occasional pain since a week or more. I am using an ointment "smuth" prescribed by a local physician but I would like to know how to treat it completely since it's very painful and distracting. thank you. thank you.
