Please avoid taking medicine without investigations. Headache may be a sign of some underlying pathology. If it is because of hunger, kindly check your blood glucose level at the time of headache. Rule out diabetes. Investigate for frontal sinusitis. These three are important causes of headache. You can consult me with reports if required any further information.

I have been suffering from cluster headache for very long time. I am 28 yrs. 4 years back I had a thorough checkup ct scan mri etc. But nothing abnormal was present. A group of senior doctors in the medical college told me about it as alarm clock headache. They gave me o2 therapy. Since this attack happens once a year and last for 2 weeks. The attack is just once a day. I was also suggested to have a tab of vasograin with a tab of 10 mg sibelium. This did not help. Then I was suggested with headset tab sos. This is way beyond expectations. The pain disappears true but bring on immense dizziness, weakness, vomiting feel etc. Can you suggest a better tab.

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Yes the medicine is for migraine and not for depression. Pls disease with your doctor. Instead of medicine, would advice you below options: As body and mind are interlinked, PMS is known to bring increase in stress levels in the body, anxiety and mood swing. Also our lifestyle, food habbit, body heat, digestion etc also influence such mood swing, irritation, frustration etc. So better to start follow a suitable stress management plan by taking an advice of a psychologists after analyzing your both physical and mental symptoms or conditions. You could adopt few lifestyle changes, daily routines or exercises, dietary changes, certain self therapies, meditation, certain yoga poses etc to overcome without medicine. Feel free to reach out to me online or through Lybrate app for further detailed evaluation and recommendation. Be positive. You will be alright soon.
