It's not because of vaccination. Fever is due to either systemic infection or injection site infection.

It is better no to feed for a few days. you can give formula milk. And start proper treatment. I suggest taking homoeopathic medicine as they have no side effects to either mother or baby.

Give paracetamol 15 mg/kg body weight, 3 to 4 times. Continue to feed the child and give plenty of fluids. Dress the child comfortably as there can be excessive sweating which may be uncomfortable. Children usually recover very quickly. Bets wishes.

Hello, I doubt whether feeding is adequate or not? To say adequate you should atleast feed 15 min each time and in in between feeds baby should sleep atleast 2 hrs, and baby should gain weight, and urine for 5-6 times a day ,and baby is breast fed or bottle fed? Paracetamol regularly is not recommend and do not give any food to baby other than mothers milk, you can use colic aid drops occasionally not regularly ,check once whether feeds are adequate or not even after adequate feeds if baby not sleeping and not doing well then you should visit a pediatrician nearby.

locally apply vicks on chest, palm, sole. paracetamol 1.5 ml three times. recofast cold 3 ml at night exil d 1 ml three times a day after feed all paediatrician is advisable

One tablet will not have an effect .do not worry. However, if pain killers are needed, paracetamol would be safer. Let her consult before taking a medicine.

No you can not meftal forte is having mefanamic acid which is not recommended in breastfeeding mother. And just try to take paracetamol 500 or 650 which is safest option .can take three times a day. If not relieved by paracetamol alone then should go for add on drug.
